NEAHSI provides behavioral and mental health services for patients suffering from mental health disorders and/or substance abuse. Each of our clinicians work in collaboration with primary care providers to address overlapping needs. Chronic Disease Management
When you have a chronic disease or condition, you need a primary care provider who knows your condition and can help you manage treatment. Our providers regularly see adult and pediatric patients with chronic conditions including:

Dental Care
Research shows that good oral health can contribute to better overall health. Our affordable, high quality dental services are available to established patients who are part of our Sliding Scale Fee program. Patients who qualify for these services may receive the following standard dental services:
