We proudly offer these services to patients in seven state of the art facilities located throughout Dekalb and Jackson Counties including Fort Payne, Fyffe, North Sand Mountain, Scottsboro, Section, Skyline, and Woodville.
We believe every member of the communities we serve deserves the same quality of care - including those who are uninsured or underinsured. This is why we offer a variety of payment options and financial assistance based on income, family size, and ability to pay.
